Our build process
Our build process

STEP 1
We install Douglas Fir frames for structural integrity
We’ll start by using douglas fir wood to provide your door with incredible structural frames that hold the shape of the garage over time even under the stress of opening and closing. These frames also have a high load-bearing capacity which means they are resistant to warping.
STEP 2
We Install Western Red Cedar Panels
Next, we’ll use western red cedar wood as the base to craft the garage door panels that will protect your garage door from heat, humidity, and rain while keeping a warm and natural look.
Thanks to the western red cedar, the garage door panels will be resistant to moisture, decay, and insects. They do not easily shrink, swell, or rot and are incredibly light in weight so your garage door doesn’t put as great a load on your hardware as some other doors might.

STEP 3
Choose your premium wood
We take the aesthetics of our doors to another level by using one of six premium woods. These woods are some of the most durable in America and are extremely resistant to warping, rotting, and pests.
STEP 4
Commercial Grade Hardware
The door does only half the job. You still need tough hardware that will last you decades and operate smoothly. We’re partnered with LiftMaster and install commercial grade track and rollers which ensure less squeaking and grinding as well as smooth opening and closing of the garage door.
We also install computer balanced springs which make the garage door feel even lighter and are designed to prevent jerky movements, spring failure, and sudden drops.

STEP 5
Precision Installation and Final Walkthrough
We ensure perfect fit, insulation, and whisper-quiet operation through our installation process. Not only that, we’ll do a full walkthrough to make sure you’re completely satisfied and double check that the door consistently works as it should.
